Parkie are you in there?
I wasn't going to put these pictures of Parker up because they are hard for me to look at, but all of you have been such great support to my family and I that I felt I needed to share his recovering process.
Meet Parker... I think?
Due to swelling my baby has changed. A lot. (Granted in a few weeks he will be back to normal but it is still different.)
His poor head has doubled in size. (maybe that means his brain has grown which therefore means he is getting smarter?)
His precious little "decoration" of ears (we call them decorations because that's what they are to him... no purpose) are an inch lower than normal. (more swelling)
O that smile that makes me melt, won't turn up.
He had his head drilled into 3 days ago and he is still beautiful, maybe a little different but he is still mine.

I am so glad he is doing so well. We missed him in class and I can't wait to see him again... he is such a sweet boy... I miss him already. If you need anything please call...or even if you don't!

I just found your blog and wow are you amazing. I can't even imagine how hard it must have been to watch your little munchkin go through that. What a fabulously handsome little fellow you've got there!

He looks happy considering he just had surgery! He is still beautiful!

You definitely have a sweet little boy, and I'm sure making the choice to get the implants was a difficult one. Still, I'm sure he will really benefit in the end.
I wish him luck in his recovery, and a few years from now, I'm sure this will all be a dim memory for all of you.
